Playing It Cool

Brulee had to go back for a second appointment at the vet on Monday to get another vaccination.  As we told you yesterday, she did great.  Mom Paula is still amazed how calm Brulee is in the car and at the vet's office.
Playing it cool in the waiting room even with all those woofies barking,.

Just had to enlarge this photo to show everyone how calm Brulee was on the examination table.

Our vet's office is trying to become a Gold Certified Cat Friendly Practice.  We're very happy about this (even though we really don't like going there) and liked the welcoming sign in front of the hospital.  Cats rule!!

  1. Well if they really liked cats, they would have a space just for cats so you didn't need to hear those dogs!

  2. How cool is it that your vet uses Feliway! That's pawsome!

Brulee, you even look gorgeous on the vet's exam table. Amazing!

We're so glad that is over for another year.

  3. Like Mom Paula is the spokesperson for the CB, you can be the spokescat for visits to the V-E-T!

Can you believe our crazy moms were on the phone for TWO HOURS last night! We thought she'd never get off and go to bed! MOL

  7. What a calm ladycat you are. Does the benadryl you have to take contribute to that at all? Even Newton, who loves strangers, gets stressed out at the vet.

  9. We aren't as calm as you, Brulee. We need to take a lesson or two from you.

  10. Our vet has been doing the same thing. They now have cat only exam rooms and a cat-only waiting room with plug-in feliway in both places and blankets on the metal exam tables. We rarely need to go there as our vet comes to the house for our annual visit, but it sure is better when we do. Brûlée was quite the little angel.
