Movie Friday

Mom Paula realized a week ago that she had to get me an interactive toy because I was wearing her out in the early hours of the morning (1:00 am).  After she left choir practice, the pet stores were closed, so she went to the 24-hour Walmart and found this toy.  She thought it was similar to the toy I played with at Mom Terri's house.  Little did she realize, the purple ball chirped like a bird!  This sound will drive all of the beans crazy, but you kitties will love it.

Mom Paula merged a few videos together so you could see me playing with my favorite toy.  She made a little mistake at the very beginning of the video when putting it together, so please ignore the message, "enter text here".

Your moms and dads may want to turn the sound down before starting the video.  MOL

Have a great weekend!

  1. I can see how that chirp could get old very quickly. Can it be turned off?

  2. Um, Truffle? Did your Mom really ask you why you were biting things??? Come ON! Of COURSE biting things is fun--it's just about the MOST fun a kitten can have!

But why waste your time biting that hard plastic when the nice, soft flesh of your Mom's TOES is available??? A much more satisfying target :-)

  4. This video is too precious! We think she might actually be performing a bit for the camera! Mom doesn't know how you get anything done. She says she would sit and watch her all day! xoxo

  5. The Male said "Ah that's like the toys you buy for parents you don't like.." the Woman watched Truffle play and when she fell tiredly on her side she was all SQUEE... (I think the Male is thinking she is a gift from a parent that hates HIM)...

  6. Truffle was enjoying her new toy but we laughed when she turned her attention to your toes. I think there will be many young mancats lining up at your door when she is a little older!

  10. Great toy! And of course you had to bite it. (We know this may be a painful question, but have you considered getting her a companion?)

  11. Loved the video...and getting to see Truffle with her new toy. We know what you mean about the chirp.

"The Boys" and I second "The Whiskeratti". We think Truffle needs a diversion and a new baby brother or sister would be perfect. Of course, we are sensitive to your feelings on this, as well.

  24. Their attention span is not very long is it. I sure hope you win the turbo track on the auction. If not, I might have to buy Truffle one myself. At least she is keeping you very busy. I know how you feel, I am dealing with a kitten too, little Mahoney and she is more full of energy every day. Take care.

  30. Love that little flop into your mom's hand right at the end. It's hard work being a kitten, and sometimes you just gotta cuddle instead.
